Home repair and remodeling is a flourishing business becoming more commonplace as the seasons move on in the 2020’s. It’s a way to add value to your home and some of your own unique design or cosmetic appearances. This can be small like stretching a carpet or as much as adding a new hood to your kitchen in a remodel. All changes or updates you make to your house will be most heavily appreciated by you the home dweller. Making sure you find the right person for the job should be a sign of their experience and skill to meet your needs. I have lived in a large estate that was built in the early sixties with my parents on and off for over twenty years. It was my job to assist Tony, my father in rebuilding and maintaining the property and infrastructure for as long as we had lived in that location. I learned a lot of wood working skills and many maintenance or refitting skills to keep our house functioning as time went by and things had begun to depreciate. Having everything running and looking up to par were the key criteria living in such an expansive estate. (And learning a trade while doing it.)
… I’m not just a handy person:
I lived in China for some of the time that my parents lived in their grand home, as well as Colombia. I had several apartments in China and I maintained our living environments there as well as built some custom furniture to fit in the spaces we needed more storage. In Colombia I had my first house and there we remodeled the kitchen and closets where I built the shelves and decorative supports holding them.
Deciding to move home ready to chase the American Dream I started working for Handy.com and the Home Advisor called me and asked if I’d like to join Angi Leads as a service profesional. I took the offer and got registered with AC Grindl on Google Maps, now having completed a year with them.
